I just pre-recorded this segment for CJOB radio, all about the current state of vaccine shenanigans. I don't know when the actual broadcast will be.

PS, man I got old.

I advocated for all those with disability tonight at my local union meeting.
I advocated for all children in public schools.
We must all expect that all public indoor spaces have air free from airborne pathogens.
This must become a right, not a privilege.
Next step, approval for provincial share.
My goal tomorrow is to put forward a motion to my local union that all educators must be trained in recognizing the importance of clean indoor air & how to improve our indoor air quality in classrooms.
If the motion passes, then it will be presented provincially in the summer 2026.

A baby in my extended family is days old, and unwell…

There is nothing I can do about it, because if it was important, the government would have told them. My advice, of course, is ludicrous.

As it is, the dirty air in daycare means the siblings will bring it all home.

This is fine. Just a flu. Immunity debt from 2020 lockdowns. Wash your hands.

OR

This is not fine. Viral infections are bad. Immunity debt is bullshit. Immunity theft and co-infection with COVID make things worse. Viruses can evolve increased virulence. Clean the air.

When one plus one does not equal two.

Add C19 to flu or any other infectious disease.

C19 weakens the host immune system.

If the hosts immune system is suppressed enough… illness can be more often, more severe AND

*permit more mutations to occur*.

Cue explosion.

Me, counselling someone.

We are going to have to get better at counselling young people with late stage cancer. We are going to see a lot more of this, as people don’t realise they are at risk, and to take symptoms seriously.

Sometimes diagnoses will be missed because we don’t expect them.

It was six years ago today that a man in Wuhan, China began feeling ill.

He would become the first known COVID case.

Covid is still with us. It’s still killing and disabling.

Clean the air. Wear a mask. Get your boosters.

Public health is a social justice issue.

I really wonder what everyone's ALC is after 5 what 6 years of COVID. When I was in my late 20's early 30s. I did not get high fever twice in 7 days or have a high fever for 7 days. Very rare event to get sick like that. Didn't get flu every year. Flu has run through young bucks in office

I don't know why everyone is so excited about getting covid over and over again. I got the vaccine a day and 1/2 ago ish and it wiped me out for a day. I still feel like a bit of a train wreck today

Here’s how I’m going to remember my pal Colleen Jones.

Oh did we laugh.

A Canadian treasure. An immense loss.

What???????????????????????????????????
Colleen Jones was larger than life.

I’m devastated by her death. And will be forever inspired by how she lived. And fought. And loved.

More than anything I’ll miss our laughs and lattes. And am so grateful for every second we had together. I love you, Coll.

That my friend who has finished cancer treatment did not know the fall 2025 version of the COVID-19 vaccine was rolled out when his lymphocytes were essentially wiped out by the treatment tells you all you need to know about public health and it's communication right now.

I hate how often I can play six degrees of Kevin bacon with covid. I'm thinking there is no way that covid can possibly cause this. There can't be a study. I google and there it is Dang. Latest? angle-closure glaucoma . Covid is not the flu.

Multi family homes may be good for the environment, but it means noise restrictions on how you live. I practiced at noon and that was not good enough so no more being a musician for me.
So when you promote that, talk about the downside as well.

Fewer agents, AI?
Are we in a customer service death spiral? Everything from my bank to CRA to getting a quote from my insurance agent seems to take multiple tries or hours on hold to get anywhere.
