This is my black bean flour brownie, topped with ice cream and berries. I made them with fresh-milled black-bean flour and avocado instead of oil.
I tried to make them keto, so they didn't get quite sweet enough. Haven't worked with 100% monk fruit enough. They were good otherwise.
