I’m in my early 30s but my brain is often still 12 and my body usually feels like I’m 58.
I’ve liked sports since before I could walk. Basketball and hockey are at the top but I like all sports. Wrestling fan since the Attitude Era.

Same here. Dwelling on the negatives is a slippery slope that leads to nowhere.

For me one of the hardest parts of real world trauma & addiction recovery has been managing the anger at myself for not "getting my sh*t together" sooner.
Getting up in your head about all the years you "wasted" is a recovery sabotaging trap. Don't bite. Grace over guilt.
