Could the #sistersinlaw opine on the notion of how SCOTUS originalists or textualists can possibly accept a unitary executive notion? It would seem the Constitution is clear on three branches of government, checks and balances, preventing a king.

Monday, 1/20, will be a day of mourning for me. I will surround myself with copies of On Tyranny, Animal Farm, and The Constitution. I will listen to podcasts that comfort me: #sistersinlaw, #amicus; read Heather Cox Richardson and Joyce Vance, and try to control my day drinking.
