was going to go on a long and meandering rant about the tendency to exploit artists and writers within the roleplay scene for well-written sex and social status even in small, insular groups, especially how this effects players and characters of color, but I'm just going to draw for myself instead.

your friends of color will notice the way you respond differently. they will notice the way you take a more hostile/defensive tone with a person of color versus the more forgiving/understanding tone you take with another white person for saying exact same thing you disagree with.

I still like doing FFXIV content so maybe I'll have a little area to write about my OC's, outfits, and a place to put my lore.. M'not giving energy/support to bad communities just cos that's where the people are at but wanna run with my friends during new content.

okay life is moving kinda crazy fast but I love it? should be moving to NY within a year or two, working for a library, my blogging passion has returned, being in great shape thanks to working out, now travelling abroad at least once a year. it just feels like 2025 is gonna be even better!
