Law enforcement. It’s not just the abuse, it not just that they laughed, it’s not just that they said “no witnesses” and tried to cover it up, it’s that it’s on video, they weren’t disciplined, and they will be hired again.

This is horrible. This sheriff was not disciplined n removed from the K-9 unit. He should have been charged w animal abuse! I saw another news story where a K-9 died cuz the handler left him in a hot car! Dogs don’t follow or obey unstable humans. This guy clearly doesn’t know dogs n is an abuser!
