Also, early draft of Vince's new design! Was going to be super edgy, but the final version was chosen to better reflect his rivalry with Goto in the storyline.

Vince was originally going to have his buff be timed, and you could use any buffed move unlimited times in that state. Think I decided against this because it felt awkward in practice.

Early first test at hand-drawn VFX before getting the process down. Some of the moves were still pixel before later deciding on drawing all effects that have a hitbox.

HF2 just passed 5000 wishlists...! Can't thank everyone enough for supporting me throughout development.

Going to post a few early gameplay clips to celebrate. I was still finalizing mechanics here, and thought about only certain moves knocking down.

More lighting tests! Trying to use as little lights as possible vs just gradient textures for optimization purposes. The signs are finally glowing!

Vince's Forward Attack is a versatile, long-range melee attack that can even destroy normal projectiles. Cancel into Special for charges, or Super for max knockback!
