What led to our record-breaking low 19% voter turnout in #lethbridge 's past municipal elxn?!
This is the lowest voter turnout since at least 2007, which was low at 22% (but had no mayor candidate challenging the incumbent, so less urgency for some to vote, perhaps)
I'd love to hear your theories!

From what I could gather today doing some quick research, the average for a municipal election is .5% to 2%. We’re WAY above the average but that’s the case.
