In case you've forgotten, this is what pure #goodness looks like. Soccer star Diogo Jota and his brother, Andre, were killed in a car wreck July 3. Liverpool FC announced it will pay the two remaining years of Diogo Jota’s contract in the amount of £14.5 million to his wife and their three children.

NWS flash flood warnings DID go out in time. I really wish folks would do a modicum of research before blathering.
Seems like it was TX officials who did not act appropriately on the warnings and alerts.

I can't help but wonder if we are in the middle of one of the longest con in history.
Did England just let us think we won the war of Independence because they saw what was coming, knew this motley country was ungovernable and dipped out when they had a chance?

Helpless? Prayers? That’s what pastors and civilians should be doing. We pay members of Congress to ask hard questions, start investigating,and find out if the government could have done more. Do it now before the next storm. We aren’t paying you to pray. We are paying you to help all of us.
