Baby boy came limping up to me this morning 😭he was doing better a few hours later, but for today and probably tomorrow he's on rest in a run.
Hopefully tomorrow he'll be feeling much better and we'll get some practice in this week before the next show in 2 weeks.

Made another #sourdough sandwich bread loaf this weekend with a slightly different recipe that was originally for hamburger buns, but it turned out VERY well and I'm very happy with it. Mixed it Saturday evening, let it sit in the fridge until Sunday evening, shaped, and then let it rise over night
