I’m paying $700 a month For my health policy through the ACA. I have a $3200 deductible and a $9600 out of pocket. $50 to see a doctor and $150 a specialist. That is insane. My husband, retired, has Medicare, I’m not 65 yet. I’d rather spend the money going to Italy and see a doctor there.

The Dems could be out there raising $$$ for people on SNAP benefits. The Dems can do many political things instead iof caving to the MAGA terrorists.
I think one thing we lose sight of is that it’s really easy to chant that we gotta touch the stove, and it’s a completely different thing to be the owner of the ongoing decision that 40 million people gotta go hungry. That’s a heavy thing and I’m not at all surprised that some Dems are worried.
