The police in these cities have a legal reason to pull these vehicles over. Once they do the identities & backgrounds can be legally reviewed.

Just wanted to say that I read an article the other day that all those people being kidnapped and disappeared by ICE have animals left behind in their homes. Don't know if the local shelters are being made aware of this. Animals without food or water. Please share this as much as you can. Thank you
