I certainly understand why you would describe yourself as a bleeding heart. My heart has been bleeding for several decades watching how Americans are treated by the wealthy & connected. The wage disparity has only grown. Now it is so bad that it will take a lot to reverse this mess

The coast guard has continued their mission to combat drug smugglers by boarding and arresting them. Why aren't they killing all of them as well?
Did you ask him if his job was under threat if he failed to follow an illegal order? Did you ask him if he knows killing the shipwrecked is an illegal order? Did you ask him if he was promised clemency if he took the fall? What did he say? TELL US. Stop dancing around these questions.

I wholeheartedly agree with you but your average citizen does not follow the news and politics as much as they should. If they did there would be precious few Americans voting for the GOP. Legislativily, the GOP doesn't support the vast majority of the American people. They support the wealthy!
I have considered this. And yet I do condemn the U.S. because the population is so bereft of values or patriotism that they put the cost of corn flakes above continued freedom and humanity throughout the world. Selfish, short-sighted, closed minded, cruel and ignorant.
