That's a good question. I did see just this week an article about an SLMPD officer who lives in Florissant was arrested for domestic violence.

I'm also not sure the bill sponsor and HUDZ understand the bill.
Anyway, the already activated Cortex TIF will capture 50% of this company's sales and earning taxes. Under BB 83, the City also will reimburse the company $1M in sales taxes that are not diverted to the TIF and would go to the City.
