Stinkerton
@stinkerton18.bsky.social
Just your average gaming nerd, geek, and computing enthusiast. Is it shiny? Is it nerdy? Does it blink/make noise/require a controller? Count me in!
So glad I walked away from the recruitment email I had from them many years ago.

Ugh… stupid phone autocowrecked. Carrie = drink carrier. It’s like sitting at a table in a restaurant and eating your food from inside To-Go containers versus on a plate.

No super tight lid or Carrie and is usually served in actual cups/glasses rather than cardboard/paper cups.

Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is another great game if you like noir style mystery games.

GO BACK AND GET AN MRI!!! My husband had those symptoms and ended admitted because he had cryptococcal meningitis. I have no idea if you’re immunocompromised but man am I now paranoid AF!!!

Especially push if the headaches persist to the point you’re hallucinating or feeling nauseated.

I *especially* love it when it decides to cowrecked tech acronyms I’ve typed multiple times before but OBVIOUSLY that’s not the case this time…

The BEST characters in that series IMHO.

Seconding what @museumjoe.bsky.social said. I even made a power supply project around the Adafruit USB-PD module: github.com/stinkerton18...

100% Any smart device we have/purchase must also have a local/manual mode. I’m fine with Bluetooth controls provided they work with more than just one”master” device. Anything WiFi/cloud only never gets in the door.

I had completely forgotten there was a PlayStation mouse…

Jebus, they really said the quiet part out loud…

I won’t argue the fact that in-ground irrigation is definitely an upscale thing (maybe not a “rich” thing per say), but it can also be a vast improvement over manual watering when you schedule it to run overnight and only section with the plants that need it, like really tall/house killing trees.

It amazes me that the water company sends us a note about a “potential water leak” every spring when we turn the watering schedules back on. Five years they’ve done this…

You’re over here doing meticulous excavation of the cover and chip while the rest of us are just drilling into the sides like cavemen…

Makes you wish there were penalties for abusing the card fraud systems…

But…I like my 15 Pro. It’s still working and has great battery life left:

Does a Jaz drive and an Apple Presentation System count? 😉

Oh wait, you’re not my husband!!

Ooooh the green is nice!
October 2, 2025 at 11:32 PM
Oh man! I had that case as a kid! It was great for the Gameboy and 4 games but you couldn’t really carry much else.
