I can see why the GOP are petrified of this man, and why the Democrats have done so little for him. He's an amazing, inspiring politician who's bringing hope to the New York electorate. Democracy worldwide needs more candidates like him.

HMG decided in the 1990s that it did not need in-house IT expertise, and instead would procure IT rather than producing it. We are living now with that catastrophic decision, where there is not enough in-house IT expertise to even make sense of procurement contracts.
