Whenever Nigel Farage is properly challenged, he reminds me of those 1920s burlesque entertainers, whose act consisted of swapping the position of fans or balloons, really fast so nobody could catch a glimpse of their fanny.

I've deactivated my Twitter account and here's why.
Musk used it to place a felon in the whitehouse and he will do the same to see farridge as PM.
X is only quoted by mainstream because of the number of users.
Remove those users and it becomes obsolete.
Arguing with nutters empowers more nutters.

A right wing paper that has *never* had a similar headline about the UK economy taking a FAR greater hit from the ruinous Tory Brexit deal, can’t be taken seriously when it slates Labour for dealing with the epic mess the Tories left behind.
What did you expect, Times?
You helped grenade the place.

Btw when we asked Pearson to come on the show she declined and told us her lawyers would be listening “if you get any aspect of the story wrong”, with the implicit threat of legal action. Who’d have thought it, she doesn’t think free speech should be limitless after all.

Just checked into my dormant Twitter account, which felt like donning a radioactive protection suit and popping into Chernobyl to make sure the 'Do Not Enter' signs were still intact as the deadly detritus of its former glory clicked and fizzed around me.

Now safely back at base.

🔥🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Fascinating stuff!

"Until sometime around the 15th and 16th centuries, Welsh surnames were most often given as ‘son of’ (ab/ap) or ‘daughter of’ (ferch/verch)."

Also goes into the origins of surnames Owens, Jones, Williams, Davies, Edwards, etc
What’s in a name? Welsh surnames and Welsh history
Some people mock names like Owen Owens and Robert Roberts, calling it bad parenting, but all things have their places in history including Welsh surnames
