Good morning Hilary and all. Am a little stiff after a heavy day in the cellar yesterday but the result was satisfying. Today’s highlight is dinner out with family at a small Vietnamese cafe this evening. Prior to that, lots of admin and a long walk.

They are magnificent beers, so different from traditional lagers and ales. Invigorating sour beers, wild, complex and delicious.

Good morning Jules, everyone. We had a good day on the market yesterday plus a huge amount of beer delivered. Lots of lambics. There’ll be a bit of cellar work to sort that out today. Have a groovy Wednesday all.

Good morning Hilary and all. It was a very slow day on the market yesterday but that allowed good progress to be made on the cellar move. We are off for a few days on the north Kent coast today. I suspect the walks will be windy and the oysters briny.
