What an odd choice. Anno has had such strong art direction for as long as I can remember, this feels so out of character for the series (I say as a VERY casual player, to be fair)

Also, why take on the risk and overheads of mass market hardware when you can set an example, provide the software and let the Lenovos on the world take on the risks and costs associated with big scale hardware once it catches on.

I should really play that sometime. Played the shit out of multiplayer for a month or two but never the campaign.

Sometimes I’m thankful to be well outside the “Community” for something I enjoy.
I love the show and do not want to see opinions on it ever unless they come from people I know and enjoy.

Looks like it’s free on Epic if you wanted to play it without paying anybody money, lol

I also really appreciate how they bring up the seeming lack of critical appetite for games that are Just Fine.
Aggregate scores and blunt engagement rage push opinions to the extremes with little nuance, and in that we lose the ability to appreciate things that are Just Pretty Neat.
