The Administration's actions against Sen. Padilla are egregious and part of their continuing assault against any form of checks and balances.

Via @btnewsroom A protester was shot in the head as Los Angeles riot. Police fired rubber bullets, during an anti-ICE protest. Community members say police refused to call an ambulance despite her bleeding. Her current condition is unknown.

Anybody fighting against affordable housing in the city because they are worried about "the character of the neighborhood" (direct quote from those fighting against it) should consider moving to somewhere like Johns Creek, I'm sure the character of that neighborhood will fit their lifestyle better.
Some folks in Atlanta's NPU-M are organizing to oppose a couple of multifamily infill projects on Highland Avenue.
As a scare tactic, they shared an image of another project the developer built. It looks adorable. Why do people fear adorable infill? I don't understand.

Transit needs to stop being an afterthought.
This is a rendering of Beltline rail from ‼️1960‼️Atlanta could be a city that prioritizes a green, equitable future for working people — but instead, we’re decades behind where we need to be on public transit.
