Wtf? Why is social media obsessed with trying to sell me cloaks?

We should spread this as far as possible
Just a reminder to check for your name in this list of books that OpenAI trained from. If your name is there, they probably owe you several thousand dollars.

OpenAI cried that if everyone eligible author files, the company will go bankrupt, so I'm alerting every author I have ever spoken to.

Free books from one of the UK’s most unique and interesting authors. Why wouldn’t you?
These books are free to anyone who wants them. They come from my late ex-publisher. If you want one, let me know in the replies (there are 200 in total).

If you can afford the postage, brilliant. If not, no problem. I'll still sign & post one to you tomorrow.

P.S. Stephen Fry called it "hilarious"

I gotta say Doom:The Dark Ages is a winter game if I ever saw one. Disemboweling demons with my skull machine-gun in an underwater temple to dark gods of comic horror is fun but it’s 36 degrees outside with not a cloud in the sky.

This is an exceptional piece for this moment in games.

I should be clear that Aertelis is available as an ebook for $4.99, as well as print. And available to libraries through all the services.

And again, if you are region locked, or financially limited, contact me discretely via links in bio for a copy.

This was made by one of my oldest friends and you should definitely buy a copy, lest I judge you.
Do you want a character-driven adventure echoing classic Sword & Sorcery film and TRPGs, but also the literary style, worldbuilding and themes of the New Wave writers like Moorcock and Le Guin?

I've got you covered. And it's wide + available to libraries.

I cannot stress this enough. If you are a game dev or publisher, go early access or release a demo. Game journalism and the gaming community is so enshittfied it is almost impossible for potential customers to get a balanced opinion of your game any other way, now.

I reckon it’s only a matter of time before Donny realizes that the best thing he can to to recover his approval rating is to shitcan Musk and deport him.

Regardless of what you think, for this brief moment I would argue the Red Note is fulfilling the original goal of social media and connecting people from different cultures and walks of life and helping them realize that they are not all that different. It won’t last.

I wonder how Musk is enjoying his education in creative insults. Say what you like about Brits but when it comes to calling someone a prick in a funny and humiliating way, we are Laureates.

I feel like the tv and game industry are facing similar challenges. Shows and games cost so much to make now If it’s not the ‘best thing ever’, upon release it is dead on arrival.

Late to the party but Sleep Token are pretty good eh? I can see how people can hate them though. How dare they look like that whilst veering into forbidden genres, lol.
