Six decades later, Star Trek may still be the only franchise based on the ideas that diversity is strength, justice is the measure of civilization, bounty is to be shared, peace is worth the price, and all these things can be achieved.

Yesterday, I forgot my card at Home Depot while buying fertilizer. A man in line behind me offered to pay—$28! I declined but thanked him deeply. His kindness turned my day around and reminded me there’s still some good in the world. I really needed this. Stay kind, y’all.
