We watch a lot of horror. The other night we decided to watch Conclave. If you haven’t seen it, do it. It’s great. Anyway, an hour in my husband said he has been waiting for someone to be murdered or a ghosts. 😂😂 Forgot we weren’t watching horror for a moment.

Here’s the cover of my next novel, #KingSorrow and a bit about what to expect. It’s out in October and available for preorder with all the usual suspects. My thanks to Today for making a nice little splash out of the cover reveal.

My favorite Stephen King quote. I think it’s holds true.

"Horror stories are best appreciated by those who are compassionate and empathetic".

Do you have a favorite @stephenking.bsky.social quote?

Do I get it even tho I’m supposed to be on a book ban and the hubs wouldn’t be too pleased?

You bet it will!!

Threads is crazy today. I need to be with the horror/thriller peeps. I feel like my whole life I’ve been shamed for reading and loving Stephen King. Then as an adult who avidly watches horror movies and true crime. Yes, even getting told I need therapy or it’s gross. One woman making a satire dark

This is so incredibly scary and heartbreaking. I used to live not too far from Santa Monica. I have friends and family near there. I hope everyone in the area is safe this morning. 🫶🏽🙏🏽

As of right now this account is just a backup to threads. I think it may also be a place to vent about my extended family. I hope those who followed don’t mind. I am a lover of horror in all aspects but I also just need a place to vent where none of my family follows me. It won’t be often.

So simple.
Don’t like a book? Don’t read it. Pretty simple.
