In order to book driving test in the UK, you need to be up 6am Monday with multiple devices & log on to website. Just like buying Glastonbury tickets, there is then a slim chance you will be successful. Or you can pay a tout (my friend can get a test by paying £450).

'Populist' is used as a term of abuse, but I'm not sure it should be given these definitions. What if the concerns of ordinary people are being disregarded by established elites? Maybe we need populism, but a populism that correctly identifies who's *really* screwing 'ordinary people'.
