There is no logical business case to justify this whatsoever.
The company's profits have been in fairly steady decline since the end of 2022.
Their revenues have been flat since 2023 also.

Literally the same as it was in January.
Went down the first three months... Has now shot back up across the last 5 to where it was when he entered office.
But sure Donald.

Yeah this sounds totally sustainable and logical.
How many of you can name more than say... 10 AI companies?
There are *1300* AI startups valued over $100M currently, and almost 500 valued at $1B or more.
Like wtf? I can't think of 10 let alone 20 or... 500???

Jarnkrok and Domi and Roy were all kinda ugly. Cowan wasn't helping.
You can see xG was close until the late 1st; PIT dominated the 2nd; TOR had the better run of the 3rd.
Toronto's top end talent scored and won them the game.

Reading this is like having someone explain that the US DoJ under Biden was actually being run by NHL DoPS.
Pretend the referees are "neutral" and everyone is treated "fairly" by refusing to penalize the team that breaks the rules more and applying extra penalties to the team breaking them less.

Like this from a BBC article linked in the above article.
You don't need to invent a "new converter device".
Power Inverters that convert DC to AC have existed since the late 19th century (1800's). There are a variety of types and setups.
This isn't a serious problem remotely.

You can literally *see* the Baby Boom, on population pyramid graphs.
This is Canada's graph as of 2000. Look at the burst at 55 years old (those would be people born in 1945).
20 years later would be age 35... Approximately where the baby boom is considered to have ended (1965).

This really isn't entirely accurate.
China dominates Gallium production, but Gallium isn't naturally occurring. It is processed from bauxite & zinc.
<10% of global deposits of Gallium contained in bauxite and zinc are recoverable though, and only *3 countries* prod. significant amounts of bauxite.

So the Leafs legit dominated the back half of the game... Scored 2. But gave up 2 goals in the 3rd period against the run of play.
Lose.
Season is now sitting at 1-2-0, Leafs have scored 11 goals and allowed 12.

So this is a great example of why shot counts aren't as meaningful as many people may think.
TOR is out shooting DET by 22-10, but look at where the shots are coming from for the two teams.

So just for some foreshadowing of where this goes...
Here's how it played out when Hitler and the Nazis came to power in Germany and attempted the same thing.

If the Sportsnet broadcast is trying to post a bWAR stat that highlights Clement, it's probably a bigger deal to share that he LED ALL OF MLB in Defensive bWAR at 2.9, rather than just saying he finished *3rd on the Blue Jays* in total bWAR.

And some Red - in base running.
Forgive me for not believing his value is shown well by a season where he was playing primarily for the Pirates.

Only other time Jays have won a playoff game by such lopsided score as today (10-1) was G1 of the ALDS vs Texas, a series they went on to sweep.

Should be entertaining.
I look forward to the Yankees trying to hit endless HRs off the Jays pitching, while the Jays defend crazily well and grind the Yankees pitchers endlessly.
Here is a photo of Max Scherzer from today's intrasquad game.

Ah yes ... The milestone of... 30+ days of testing a revenue service for a transit line with ZERO passengers, which is clearly totally the same as running it when people are actually using the system.
This was discussed 3+ months ago, and the LRT is 6 YEARS overdue.

And in Ontario - ironically - the Liberals passed the changes to the rules around partisan advertising that the OPC has exploited.
Our elected reps from BOTH major parties have made this behaviour *entirely legal*... But it is clearly NOT a good thing.
Our own fault.

But his FB has clearly not worked this season in comparison to prior years... But the Velo is fine.
He's throwing the 4 seamer and his changeup more than he did the prior 2 years and his slider considerably less. Probably has a fair bit to do with it.
