Unter der Ampel-Koalition sollte es eigentlich ein Transparenzgesetz geben. Aber das Vorhaben wurde im Bundesinnenministerium blockiert. Eines der Argumente der Beamten: Kontrolle der Exekutive dürfe nur durch den Bundestag, nicht durch die Öffentlichkeit erfolgen.
