The DC shooting story is really getting to me because we literally trained this man as a child soldier for a death squad in a forever war and Stephen Miller et al want to blame it on other cultures? It's our culture, American culture, that killed that woman.

Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon 50 years ago implied that he could be prosecuted.

But a dangerous and radical presidential immunity from criminal prosecution was established this summer by #SCOTUS.

Analysis from an expert in abuses of presidential power:
Supreme Court’s ruling in Trump v. United States would have given Nixon immunity for Watergate crimes — but 50 years ago he needed a presidential pardon to avoid prison
President Gerald Ford’s pardon of former President Richard Nixon 50 years ago is seen as a damaging precedent establishing presidential impunity. Now, the Supreme Court has affirmed that impunity.

Yesterday, I pleaded not guilty to the charges that Trump’s DOJ has hit me with in federal court.

This administration is targeting me because they can see that I’ve spoken out against them and will continue to stand up to them.

Spoiler alert:

Just watched Blink Twice on this flight and holy hell, the Epstein Island parallels are loud. The twist is the women aren’t minors, they’re grown, they’re done being prey, and they burn the whole operation down.

The revenge is sweet.

The current GOP lie is that they’re going to replace Obamacare with something better.

Bullshit. In all of the majorities they’ve had since Obamacare passed, they’ve never once tried to replace it.

They’ve tried to repeal it a whole bunch, but never actually make it better.
