He probably was a TERRIBLE plumber, and definitely is an All-American idiot who will surely die an All-American idiot, perpetually incapable of reflecting, evolving, learning or listening.

I found his fictional demise in “Deutschland 83”, after the Maison de France bombing, mildly amusing.
