Yes! Find a protest, any cause that you believe in, and go. Took my 81 year old, WWII Latvian refugee father to his first ever protest today in support of Ukraine. He cried most of the rally. It was food for my soul.

So, just got home from a 3 day stay in hospital. Private room, meals, and all required treatments provided. All without health insurance.
