Dealing with corruption is a huge part of international aid & those doing the work have decades of experience- their own and their predecessors- in ensuring aid gets to where it's needed with a minimum of trimming. And yes, family planning is part of aid!

Amy, I've backed you for a long time. But the situation has shifted. While perhaps a few Republicans remain who understand how important bipartisanship is, even the ones who do are dancing to Trump's tune- and it's a goosestep. We need to regroup and catch up as a party.
