Is there a low carb/keto community on this site? Many of the people I follow on X have stayed firmly put, some of them are MAGA nuts, but there is so much of interest happening around eg metabolic psychiatry/ dietary management of diabetes and I can't find much about it on here. Anyone?

Most people in places with access to #AD don't choose it.
Whatever the law allows about AD, we all deserve excellent care at the end of our lives.
Fund it. Improve understanding. Reduce the fear. All of that adds quality to living the last part of our lives.
Isn't that the point?

In the week that MPs vote on assisted dying, please - please - can we all agree & act on the fact that the time to end the woeful underfunding of NHS palliative care is now?
If we truly cared about dying people, we wouldn’t neglect their final days.

Alas neither Labour UK nor Wes Streeting on here yet, but could we all agree that however MPs vote on AD next week, this is a huge opportunity for the government to announce - finally, after decades of successive governments failing dying people - proper NHS funding of palliative care?

Just starting out on here. Headed back to X to see if I could find if any of the people in the low carb or doggie communities have bsky accounts. There was a new notification: "Elon Musk follows you". I am totally panicked. How did this happen?? Hardly ever posted on X. Now frightened to go back!
