Polls show most of Massachusetts would rather see Markey back in office than vote for Moulton, so you're right on the markey.

...

Moulton is already challenging Ed Markey. I'm just not sure for progressive Massholes that Seth Moulton is the challenger of choice.

Congressman Moulton launches primary challenge against Sen. Markey, calling for generational change
In a campaign video released Wednesday morning, Moulton said the Democratic Party "has clung to the status quo," and it's time to "change course."

This is pretty much my breaking point with this apt. By next year, if we have not found a better place… I’ll just say, our city fire fighters are damn fine people.

If the Green Line can go everywhere and some day take over the world (and we all know it will), then dammit, we can make this happen. We can make all of this happen. Let's get building. (And we know we can build it because, my god, we are the city/Commonwealth that put a freeway underground.)

We are leaving out entire communities from local, easy, cleaner rapid transit. Growing communities. Immigrant communities. Majority-minority communities. We need to make it easier to get, not just from Point A to Point B, but from Point A to Point Z. Make the T the shiny example for America.

On my wish list:

• A local line along the Fairmount Commuter Rail down to the Fairmount stop.
• A local line that goes out to Chelsea and Everett.
• Connectors on the outskirts (a loop?) that makes it easy to get from the end points to other end points.

More transit everywhere all the time.

Just one of my three wishes for the T when it comes to adding a line or connector. (Ok, maybe four. I have dreams.)
