I made a few jokes at our robot overlord's expense yesterday, and now... this.

I'm sorry.

I didn't mean to?

(All I'm trying to do is check some links for accuracy while I post an article. Can't check 'em because, womp womp, Cloudfare.)

And here they are. The new (used) AP Stylebook and my old one. Aren’t they lovely?

As you all know, I’m a transit nerd. And I’m a huge fan of the MBTA. Yesterday, husband took me to an MBTA antique and memorabilia shop near Porter Square that I didn’t know existed. (I mostly controlled my myself.)

Also, I got this awesome new mug.

Yes, yes, what a lovely ergonomic chair. But behold! My antique editor’s chair has history!

It took me a few times, and slowing down the video, but yeah. There it is.

The ICE agent on the left taking a fucking selfie as they violently arrest the women they dragged from the vehicle they crashed into just a moment earlier.

This comment today on LinkedIn about @equalaccesspublicmedia.org and our article in our new magazine, The Word, yesterday. I'm not crying. You're crying.

Hubs is trying to convince me, a journalist/editor, that Tuesday is the least popular day of the week. Without evidence. Just a feeling.

Cite a source, honey. Cite a source.

I need you all to see the cutest thing. I put a dog bed under my desk to get it out of the way and accidentally created the most coveted piece of real estate in my office. All three boys want it. But the old man wins.

I can't work under these conditions.

I love when neighbors drop useful goodies on your doorstep.

Usually it’s the cat, but now the pup has kicked me out of my chair. Guess my work day is over.

I needed to clear my head for a few minutes yesterday so I went to the first public beach in America and let the sound of the crashing waves soothe my soul.

This is the face of a dog who just came to tell me it’s noon, and that means it’s time for his lunch.

Even though it is neither noon nor time for his lunch.

Hey, uhhh, where are we on human cloning? Asking for a puppy who wants me to play with him all day but I gotta work so if there were two of me, one who could work and one who could play with the pup everything would be just right...

A hard-cover reporter’s notebook in green. Don’t remember where I found it, but I had to have it.

A slightly helpful map of the area of the planned protest for Monday.

Breaking news: As of 1946 hours, Baby Dog has survived his bath. Towel Monster was not as fortunate.

My photos from yesterday. Since the Boston Globe pushed coverage of the Boston #HandsOff protest to the inside, below-the-fold.

Again, support @equalaccesspublicmedia.org so we can run news in the @nationaltab.bsky.social.
