If we didn’t believe the US was worth saving we’d simply move on and ignore you. Believe in the you that we believe you can be, not the you they are telling you to be. Being brave doesn’t mean not being afraid, it means standing up to evil and injustice even when you are afraid.

So maddening and so terrifying. The fear is real.
Indeed. When they rounded up the Japanese Americans, myself and my family included, for internment during WWII out of fear over Japanese spies and saboteurs, two thirds of us were U.S. citizens.

The First Amendment don’t guarantee a-holes we’ll be their friend.
Blocking Nazis, trolls, and fascists doesn’t make it an “echo chamber.” People need to stop gaslighting us into thinking we have to listen to Nazis and debate trolls in order to be informed.
