As long as you burn 500+ calories, three or more times a week, you'll find yourself losing weight.
I say this as someone who's lost almost 20 pounds since February and has only been to the gym 27 times this year but has burned over 10,900 calories in that time. All mostly cardio.

I used to put The Dark Crow Smiles from the Black Butler OST on repeat while reading the Escape from Furnace series because of the sense of dread and anxiety the song gives me, which is perfect for a book series that is known for its sense of dread and claustrophobic atmosphere.
