I’ve seen culture change for the worst in 1 school year. Heck, it took just a few months. Rebuilding a positive culture does take years and, generally, a complete change in leadership. #EduSky
It is 💯 something that can take YEARS to cultivate. If time and care is put into fostering a positive culture, there would be a shift in the way the school functions. These changes come from the top and are followed through by those who are in the front lines. Time and patience! #sunchat
