I wish I'd had this example when I was teaching journalism to high school kids. It's not living up to it's "Fourth Estate" calling much these days...

Anyone who thinks that these "rebounds" in the market are not market manipulation isn't paying attention. Send the Treasury Secretary out after a down day to suggest that talks with China are "progressing," but don't forget to grab some oversolds before you do. Brazen.

I actually talked to a #school founder from Bangalore and one of her Year 10 students this morning, and it's made me more hopeful that we can face the realities of the world with kids, and imagine harder how to prepare them to navigate the shit that's coming their way. #future #education 1/4
