Leslie Queen of Austin.Every sane person loved Leslie, who tried hard to keep Austin weird.. John ( autism) , my TA and I used to go downdown to have lunch. The few times we crossed paths with Leslie, he was real and gracious with John. Trump voters killed him. He was real. Google him.

I think a lot about the Central Park Five and that horrible miscarriage of justice. Does it register with anyone that these men--young then-- would still be rotting in jail if the monster du jour had his way? And that I've been extremely wary of him since those years?
