A lot of NASA is already at a standstill. Grant review panels aren’t meeting, funding proposal calls are being postponed indefinitely or not even mentioned. If this budget passes, it’s the end of NASA as a major scientific institution; there’s no way to continue on ~40% of the funding it gets now. 🧪
