jfc Tom. That’s exactly why they’re trying to ram through everything all at once - so that we’ll be too overwhelmed to prevent it. Things don’t suddenly become less serious just because we’re busy!

1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;
