Judges want us to believe that standing is a neutral and even boring aspect of the law. They’re lying. Standing is a profoundly political doctrine, and the Roberts court is systematically twisting it to favor the rich and powerful. My latest w/Brad Lipton: bit.ly/4oI7lE0

When Dems retake power, they should resist the urge to reflexively restore independence, @srf1802.bsky.social and I contend.
