Mistrust me all you like. Didn't join Twitter for frolic & fun, I did it to reach a larger audience with my agit-prop. Been there to raise awareness & funds & to go toe-to-toe with gamergaters, anti-homeless bigots & other rightwingers. Plus I can get #Vancouver sidewalk repairs there, not here!

In #Vancouver hanging baskets are often a Business Improvement Area (BIA) responsibility, covered in annual BIA budgets under "landscaping", "beautification", or such. BIA budgets grow yearly & seem to be rubberstamped by city, which funds them by special taxes levied on property owners in each BIA.
