If Obed refuses to extend with the Sounders or transfer by the end of the winter window, then he needs to be released or mutually terminated before the season starts. Avoid looking like you’re benching him out of spite. Preserve the locker room. Let Obed gamble on his future and legacy elsewhere.

Fuck Obed. If no winter transfer comes and he won’t agree to a tam contract extension. Mutually terminate. You don’t want a person like that in your locker room for a whole season.

Sounders’ Leyva has amazing vision, passing and set piece delivery. I was really hoping to see him serve up through balls for Morris next year. Midfield will need reinforcements or team will need a new formation next season. Schmetzer, please don’t return to the negative ugly-ball years.

Rusnak stunk it up tonight. At least he’s got the excuse of being injured. Sounders were much less dangerous with him at the 10, made especially evident by all the possession. Team played way better while he was out injured with Jesus at the 10.

Watching West Ham vs Tottenham this morning, Obed Vargas belongs in the Premier League. Sounders can probably sell him there for ~12-14 million dollars to a mid-table team.
