The connection between sexual labor and care labor can't be overstated as the cornerstone of misogyny and feminization, IMO. One way or the other, you must be made into the resource from which feminized value can be extracted.

Sometimes I feel hopeless about what is happening to the NHS and what people are doing about it. I think we either need to go all in, find the millions of people who care and get a *lot* louder, or we give up.
