My kids say my 4 things are The War on Cars, science, being a dad, and jazz. I can’t argue with that. Take a walk, ride a bike. Carondelet Park stan account. (he/him)
Is there a comparable term for leaf-falling season to sneckdown? #urbanism

Can’t believe there’s no secure bike parking at the Kingshighway License Office (STL). Time to make my own.

Easy.

Haven’t done an update on the Magestic Beauty of Carondelet Park Index (the MBCPI) in a while. Early today there was a Q3 MBCPI high reached of 108. Stellar appearance of dawn coming up over a misty Boathouse Lake on a coolish morning. These pictures don’t even do it justice.

Crazy? Yeah, probably. #bikestl

Ok, hear me out. A Lord of the Rings remake, but with these two taking the One Ring to Mordor:

I’d like to introduce Cara Spencer, Mayor of St. Louis.

On the other hand, got the chance to get the requisite STL urbanist photo.

Never get tired of this view, even at the beginning of the end of a long journey home that started roughly 17 hours ago in Abu Dhabi.

This is the 70-Grand at 445 on a Saturday. The problem with Metro is NOT security. THE PROBLEM WITH METRO IS FREQUENCY!!!

Early voting is AWESOME!! As always, I #bikethevote in the STL!

Just finished this, and would highly recommend. Mostly a tragic story unfolding over many decades of three geniuses that, to varying levels of success, tried their best to derail their ability to show that genius to the world. But came together to make nearly a perfect album.

At least I’m consistent.

More pics. The last one was when I told them “make your best ‘I am a champion!’ pose”.

Took advantage of this early-spring-like day to go for an epic bike adventure with Max. Home -> RDP trail -> Shrewsbury Metrolink -> Forest Park -> perimeter of FP -> return home same way. 18 miles. Max was dragging by the end but hung in there!

Absolutely zero reason this contractor has to block the sidewalk with their van. Even if you need stuff from it, unload it and then move the vehicle. This is a minor inconvenience for me, but a potentially impassable blockage for those using mobility devices or strollers.

The Majestic Beauty of Carondelet Park Index (the MBCPI) is a winter-wonderland surge level of 103. Get outside and appreciate the beauty around you today!

Fall has come and just about gone in the course of two weeks in STL, but the Majestic Beauty of Carondelet Park Index (the MBCPI) is at a healthy 98. Get outside some today!

New bike day! Got myself a birthday present that I completely didn’t “need” but wanted and caught a great sale. Assembled it myself!

If you see this, post a concert pic you took.

So…um….this happened when I tried to put our dinner chili away…..

How’s your evening going? 😂😂

While maybe it slightly lacks the complete utility of a standard staple rack, I really like our STL-themed racks. There’s an application with the city for a business to request one, and the city will site and install it.

Earlier today, STL.

Same! Well, STL, not New York. And always #bikethevote
