A few people have asked me to clarify the Medicaid comment I made earlier, so here's my attempt:
The GOP plan is to have Medicaid cuts pay for tax credit voucher programs.
Poor kids (40% of enrollees in Medicaid are kids) pay for vouchers for kids already in private school. That's the plan.
