Replaced all my scratched up yucky bakeware with adorable confetti silicone versions. Made banana choc chip protein muffin tops. Also tried the mini loaf pan.

I pulled out a quart of ice cream to have a lil sweet treat before bed. Went to get my ice cream mug and got distracted and started organizing the kitchen because I got new cupcake/muffin top pans and they've been sitting on the counter for a week. Well... I remembered my ice cream 40 mins later. 🤦♀️

Saw a worker wearing a kufiyyeh at Costco tonight. Complimented his scarf and said I had one in a different color. He smiled, gave me a nod and patted the scarf.

Idk how but I'm enrolled in like 17 classes at tiktok university and all my profs are smart Black/POC folks and I'm absolutely loving the content. Gotta make a spreadsheet of my schedule or I'm gonna miss a class or something.
