Step 1 of our DIY banquette is complete! Functional but not yet pretty.
Still need to buy seat and back cushions, refinish the tabletop, add a picture rail, and clamp everything together; currently just dry fit.

My dad discovered a month ago that I never logged out of YouTube when we were visiting in July and he’s been enjoying my Premium daily ever since.
I don’t mind sharing, in theory, but today I reached my limit and kicked him off because my ENTIRE fyp was AI-generated sci-fi movies 😭

I’m not claiming that this experience is universal in the least, but that year after I sold my flat and was living off the funds while waiting for Covid travel restrictions to lift so I could move countries was genuinely the most creatively engaged I’ve been since I was a teenager.

First brick kit assembled in the new flat!
Starting a new Lumibricks series: “Road Trip” which is basically nostalgic Americana/Route 66 inspired.
This is the one of the smallest kits of the series but the motel- which I’ve yet to buy- got rave reviews.

On an average weekday, more journeys are made on JUST the Elizabeth line than the ENTIRE population of Liverpool.
If the Tube was a city, its average daily passengers would make it the 2nd largest in the UK.
