I guess I'm too woke because I find the proliferation of this really off-putting and gross. The fact that it's now reached the "enlightened centrists" class is depressing.

Anecdotally, my patients have been much weirder about vaccines in Portland than in SLC. We need to put fluoride in the water up here so everyone’s brains loosen up, allowing my vaccine propaganda to slip in
