Senator Schumer is no longer effective and should be replaced. If you can’t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing for Americans, what will you fight for?

You’ve probably heard but I have been federally indicted by Trump’s DOJ.

We now have to cover the costs of a campaign *and* a legal battle to preserve our First Amendment rights.

🚨The absence of media coverage of this natural disaster in Alaska, the lost/missing people, and the destruction of the aftermath is up to us to share. Please help if you can - even if it is just spreading awareness. There is no FEMA going to help them. 1/2

Just happened upon Gary's channel and I am already a fan. His message is well-explained and broken down. This is a world wide problem, not just an "our country" problem.

A must-read. This’d be worth creating a Facebook account just to read—and I know what a claim that is to make.

It’s a bracing essay about Elon Musk by someone very close to him.

(This is very much _not_ about me, of course, but I’ll say that if you ever doubted my writing on Musk, this will help.)

I have known Elon Musk at a deep level for 14 years, well before he was a household name. We used to text frequently. He would come to my birthday party and invite me to his parties. He would tell me....

A great piece from @imillhiser.bsky.social explaining that Supreme Court's made up presidential immunity could apply to the New York case. The immunity is based on the whims of justices who are pro-Trump, so they can absolutely make up some new shit to help him again.

Trump asks the Supreme Court to place him even further above the law
Trump is appealing to the same six Republicans who already ruled that he has broad immunity from the law. So he’s probably going to win.

Texas is facing an "epidemic" of abandoned newborns.

Texas also has one of the strictest abortion bans in the nation, is ranked next to last on women's health, & has the highest percentage of uninsured women. These are policy choices that kill.

‘Baby in a dumpster.’ A spate of abandoned newborns unsettles Texas.
Critics say these cases are no coincidence in a state with one of the nation’s most restrictive abortion bans and near-bottom rankings on women’s health care.
